Enjoy the tech feast on 8th, 9th and 10th of September. Before you carry on with the process below, please first REGISTER yourself with our Futura website(If you have already not……).
Participation Procedure:
General Registration: Rs 100
Food & Accommodation: Rs 100 Per Head, Per day
These are two basic registrations that you need to make if you are willing to attend Futura 2011… And apart from these registrations there are separate registrations for individual events only with which you will be able to attend that particular event. All events including spot events need prior registration before you come for Futura. The other events which you need pay for the registrations are, Workshops and very few spot events.
Workshops:
- Ethical hacking: Rs 250/-
- Android Mobile OS: Rs 300/-
- Eyebotics: Rs 1200/-
- Haptics Robo Arm: Rs 1200/-
- PLC: Rs 400/-
- Helicopter: Rs 1500/-
Special Events:
- Robo race: Rs 100/-
- Robo war: Rs 100/-
- How good you are in lab: Rs 50/-
- Its my company: Rs 50/-

do i have 2 send DD for the General Registration & Food & Accommodation fees
No need of individual DDs…. Combine these both and send as a single DD…
we are above twenty students………shall i take one dd for all of them

for ethical hacking workshop
the fee would be
general registration + Workshop Fee + Accommodation fee (if required)
Since it is a one day workshop accommodation will be provided for the before night only.
If you want accommodation Please intimate us before for us to arrange your stay here at BIT!

i want to attend ethical hacking workshop and i made dd for registration fees and for workshops and what abou t my accomadation and foods???
if you want accommodation, then it is 100 per day. for food also it is the same 100.
you will be accommodated only for the night before the event.
Since there are a lot of people coming from far away places we are bound to provide accommodation to everyone.
So fairly agree to our rule that you will be accommodated only for the days of the event.

1.we are about 3 members attending hacking workshop. can i take one dd for all 3 members.?
2.we have to again write the dd details in that printed form? it s already printed on the form!
3.shall i attach all the 3 printed form and one dd(for 3 members) in on letter and send?
for hacking it is 250+100. then for 3 persons it s 1050 i took it as one dd is it k.. or i have to change it. but 3 printed form i have attached in it.
Can we send the dd for other events after the intimation of selected papers??

hi, iam willing to attend the haptics robo arm ………for that , a team of 5 are willing to come…….does each person has to register for that ah? and also we need accomodation…… so, for how much,we have to take dd for that?
